Your sequence is scheduled but emails are not being sent?
You're at the right place!
There are a couple of things you should check to ensure why your emails might not be sending. But before that, make sure your emails are not even scheduled from reports.
π΄ In most cases, rescheduling your sequence to a new date will fix the problems. Don't worry, if an email has been sent to a lead already - it won't be sent again.
π Check your Email Sender
π€ Email Sender is Connected
Visit email senders page & ensure the email sender that you are using in the sequence is connected and has no errors.
π Check daily limit of email sender
If you are using an email sender in multiple sequences or even in one, then it might be that your email sender has already reached its daily limit for sending emails.
π Check your List
Make sure that your email list does not have leads with emails that are in Unsubscribed list.

π¨ Outbox
If you have selected the option "Review emails in Outbox before sending" then your emails will be waiting in Outbox to be reviewed & scheduled.
Either uncheck this option or approve your emails from Outbox.
β Schedule for leads with verified emails
If you have selected the option "Schedule for Leads with Verified Emails" along with "Valid email", then ensure that your lists contain verified & valid emails, otherwise the emails will not be scheduled.

π€ Why is my email sender not sending emails according to max daily limit?
Emails are scheduled for a particular day while considering 2 things, max daily limit and random delays.
Say you have random delay of 50-60 mins between emails for a sequence and max daily limit is set to 1000, from that particular sequence around 24 emails will only be scheduled as per the random delays between emails.
βͺοΈ Reschedule your sequence
Once you have checked all of the above & made any changes needed, you can reschedule your sequence for a new date/time.
When a sequence is re-scheduled then emails are not sent again to any leads again.
π§ Test emails are not sending out
In most cases, your email provider might be blocking emails to be sent out because of the default tracking domain that we use. You can fix this by adding a custom tracking domain. This is also helpful for your email deliverability.

SalesBlink scheduled followup emails after the previous email is sent successfully. This is done to ensure that followups are not sent to unsubscribed or bounced email addresses.
