If you are just starting out, we've got you covered with some high-performing email templates.
Just enter your business details and value propositions to launch a sequence using templates.
Launching your Sequence π
Head over to Sequences and click "Create New Sequence".
2. Click on "From Templates".
3. Pick a Sequence Template that suits your outreach & click "Create Sequence".
4. The template has been imported in this sequence now, add your list of leads as a source block.
Alternatively, you can add Segments or leads from CRM.
5. You will need to edit the emails π§ with your business details, click on the yellow edit icon.
6. Click on the pencil βοΈicon to edit the email template with your business details.
7. (optional) Add more blocks to customize your sequence with [+] icon between existing blocks or at the end. Learn about blocks in Sequence Creator.
8. Click "Save & Schedule" to customize your sequence settings. βοΈ
9. Schedule your Sequence
(required) Pick a Date/Time for your sequence to start.
(optional) Set a random delay to be added between emails that will be sent.
(optional) Configure Sending Hours & days on which your sequence should run.
10. Customize your sequence settings
(required) Select your Email Sender(s) or add new & refresh the dropdown.
(optional) Send all emails as BCC to your CRM.
(optional) Review emails in Outbox
(recommended) Stop sequence for lead when they reply
(recommended) Enable Provider Matching
(recommended) Boost your deliverability by sending emails in plain text, without HTML
(optional) Track Email Opens, Link clicks in emails & Email Replies
11. Once done, hit "Review".
12. If everything looks okay click "Schedule".
If you choose to review emails π§ before they are sent or scheduled, you will need to approve them in the Outbox.
(Optional) Review & Approve Emails in Outbox
Head over to your Outbox
Select the sequence you just created from options on the left.
Click on a lead. π
Review the drafted emails π§ and edit if required.
4. Choose to 'send now' or 'send as scheduled'.
