You can generate a cold email 📧 draft again if you do not like what BlinkGPT AI has drafted for you,
Though we highly recommend you update your Business Offer when you try to draft another cold email 📧.

If you are happy with the drafted cold email 📧 subject line & body then you can simply start editing it where required.
Your business might have specifics you might want to add like customers, clients, awards etc. to make your cold email 📧 stand out.
Once you are happy with your basic draft, let's start personalizing the subject line & body. 😀

Pick a Variable from Default Variables, List Variables or CRM Variables & insert it to your email 📧 subject line or body (Learn More).

Customizing your Sequence
Add your list of leads as a source block.
Alternatively, you can add Segments or leads from CRM.
2. Click the yellow pencil ✏️icon on any block to check the follow-up emails written by BlinkGPT AI.
3. Click the blue pencil ✏️ icon to edit and update the emails written by BlinkGPT AI. 🤖
4. {optional) Add more blocks to customize your sequence with [+] icon between existing blocks or at the end. Learn about blocks in Sequence Creator.
5. Click "Save & Schedule" to customize your sequence settings. ⚙️
6. Schedule your Sequence
(required) Pick a Date/Time for your sequence to start.
(optional) Set a random delay to be added between emails that will be sent.
(optional) Configure Sending Hours & days on which your sequence should run.
7. Customize your sequence settings.
(required) Select your Email Sender(s) or add new & refresh the dropdown.
(optional) Send all emails as BCC to your CRM.
(optional) Review emails in Outbox
(recommended) Stop sequence for lead when they reply
(recommended) Enable Provider Matching
(recommended) Boost your deliverability by sending emails in plain text, without HTML
(optional) Track Email Opens, Link clicks in emails & Email Replies
8. Once done, hit "Review".
9. If everything looks okay, click "Schedule".
10. Your Sequence is now scheduled. 📅
If you choose to review the emails in Outbox, then you'll need to approve them.
(Optional) Review & Approve Emails in Outbox
Head over to your Outbox
Select the sequence you just created from options on the left.
Click on a lead. 🙎
Review the drafted emails and edit ✏️ if required.
4. Choose to send now or send as scheduled. ✈️
