📨 What is Outbox Anyway?
Outbox is the place where you can review emails before they are sent.
It contains all emails that are yet to be sent with the exact content that will be sent to the lead.
There might be several reasons to do this:
👉🏻 You wish to personalize the emails further.
👉🏻 You wish to check if the variables have been properly replaced by lead data.
👉🏻 You wish to send emails right away.
And many more..
📨 Where is the Outbox?
Outbox can be found under the Outreach section in top navigation menu.
🤨 How to add emails for review in Outbox?
While you are scheduling your sequence, you will see the following option "Review emails in Outbox before sending".
If you select this option & click review then schedule, emails would appear in your Outbox.
✅ Review & Approve
Emails to be reviews appear in left pane, just select an email to review and you will see the following options on top right:
👉🏻 Approve & Schedule
👉🏻 Approve & Send Now (inside Approve & Schedule Dropdown)
👉🏻 Edit Email
You can either edit the email if required or directly click "Approve & Schedule" or Approve & Send Now.
💥 Approve All & Schedule (Bulk Approve)
You can select a particular sequence & the button "Approve All & Schedule" will appear.
This will approve all the emails to be sent for that particular sequence.
Note: Bulk Approve is not available for BlinkGPT AI Personalized Sequence, Since BlinkGPT AI generates a unique email for each lead - it is essential to review the email to ensure BlinkGPT AI has not drafted an offensive email.

Why did all my emails get sent at the same time even tough I selected Approve & Schedule?
If you approve your emails in Outbox after the time when your email was scheduled to be sent then it will be sent instantly! Fix this by rescheduling your sequence for a future date before approving.
Is it always required to review emails in Outbox?
No, reviewing emails in Outbox is Optional, expect when you are creating a BlinkGPT AI Personalized Sequence.
