In this guide, you will learn how to connect Google Workspace (GSuite) Email as an email sender with SalesBlink to use in your cold email sequences.
Note: If you are looking to connect free Gmail account, refer to this guide.
1. Connecting Google Workspace (G Suite) Email with SalesBlink

Navigate to Email Senders & click on "Add Sender".

Select "Google Workspace (GSuite)".

- You need to select a connection option.
(Option 1) - Using OAuth to connect Google Workspace Email with SalesBlink

Go to your Google Workspace Admin Panel (App Access Control) .

Click "Add App".

Then select "OAuth App Name or Client ID"

- Use the following Client-ID to search for SalesBlink:
672501151861-8usqok0m4cvfmktlsc9khbot8unva97v.apps.googleusercontent.com

Select the SalesBlink app & mark it as Trusted. Once done, go back to SalesBlink & click on "Login".

OAuth Login prompts will appear, allow all permissions and proceed with the login process.
That's it, your Google Workspace Email Address is ready to start sending cold emails! 📧
(Option 2) - Using App Password to connect Google Workspace Email with SalesBlink
- Turn on 2-Step Verification if you haven't already. Manage your Google Account in your browser.

Navigate to "Security" 🔒

Scroll down below to 'How to sign in to Google?' and click '2-step verification'.

If it is not on, turn it on. You will have to enter your phone number and verify the same to turn on the 2-step verification. 🔑

Once that's done, navigate back to "Security". 🔒

Scroll down below to 'How to sign in to Google?' and click on '2-step verification'. ✔️

Scroll down to the end of the page and click on 'App passwords' 🔑
8. Now, enter the app name as "salesblink" & click on create.

- Copy the generated app password and store it in a safe place.

- Now head back to SalesBlink & enter the credentials as follows:
Your Name: This is your name as displayed to the receiver
Sender Username: Your Google Workspace Email Address
Sender Email Address: Your Google Workspace Email Address
Sender Password: The App Password you generated
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP Host: imap.gmail.com
IMAP Port: 993

- Hit "Next" and your email address will be connected.
