Hi there!👋

It's really easy to enable or disable an email sender from the Inbox. But before we learn that, let's see what it means:

Inbox Enabled Email Sender: The replies received on this email sender📧 will be visible in Inbox.

Inbox Disabled Email Sender: The replies received from this email sender📧 will not be visible in Inbox.

Now that we have the definitions out of the way, to Enable/Disable Inbox, just head over to Email Senders & toggle the Inbox switch. 🔃

🟢Green means Inbox is Enabled.

🔴Red means the Inbox is Disabled.

Why don't I see the Inbox switch for my email sender?

  • Inbox is not supported for SMTP-only email senders.

I have disabled Inbox. Will the replies be tracked?

  • Yes, the replies will still be tracked & will be visible in Dashboards & Reports.
