Learn how to use Folders to Manage & Organize Email Senders
Hey There 👋🏻,
It can be a daunting task to manage email senders especially after you have added them in bulk.
You can use Folders 🗂️ to organize your email senders & add multiple email senders in a sequence in one go.
Create a Folder

Head over to Email Senders.

Click on "Folders" then "New" from the left side options.

Type a name for your folder then click "Create Folder".

Add Email Senders to a Folder

Head over to Email Senders.

Select the email senders you wish to move to the folder.

Click on the Select Dropdown then click on "Move to Folder".

- Select the folder in which you wish to move the email senders and click "Move."

- That's all - You will now be able to see the folder name under the email senders as well.
View Email Senders in a Folder

Head over to Email Senders.

Click on Folders on the left side options then click on your folder name to view all email senders in that folder.

How to add Email Senders in a folder to a Sequence?
Using folders to add email senders to a sequence is the best way to add multiple email senders to a sequence real quick.
Note: Any new email senders added to a folder will be added to the sequence as well if the folder is connected to a running or evergreen sequence.

Make sure you have added email senders to a folder.

While scheduling the sequence, In Sequence Settings - Type to search for your folder.

Select your folder from the Dropdown.
