Hi there πŸ‘‹πŸ»,

You could whitelabel the entire SalesBlink product and give your clients access to the app under your branding and domain name, with your logo.

It takes less than 2 minutes to set it all up.

Let's see how to do it.

Steps to Whitelabel SalesBlink

  1. Head over to "Account" by clicking on user icon on top right.

2. Click on "Whitelabel".

3. You will be greeted with all the settings you need to update in order to completely whitelabel SalesBlink ⚑️.

✨ Here's a short explanation of what each will do.

Setting

What it does?

How to Whitelabel Domain?

πŸ”΄ If you have a live website on your domain, then you should connect custom subdomain (with CNAME) instead of custom domain (with A record) otherwise your website will stop working.

  1. In the Domain field, Write your domain address or subdomain address & click on Add.

2. You will now see the DNS records you need to set with your domain registrar.

Once done, click on Verify Record to save and enable the domain.

Note: It can take upto 24 hours for DNS records to update.

πŸš€ Now that you have whitelabled SalesBlink, go ahead - add multiple workspaces and invite your clients.

FAQ

Why is my custom domain/subdomain not connected after 24 hours?

  • Make sure that there are no other A records or CNAME records for the same "Name" in your DNS records.

  • If you are using Cloudflare, do not select "Proxied", instead go with "DNS Only"

  • You can use this free DNSCHECKER to check if CNAME or A Record is set globally or not.
