and more..
This is possible because you can create Task Types according to your own requirements.
We will explain the process for LinkedIn Message Outreach but it's pretty similar for any type of Manual Task.
Before we begin, here are a few concepts you should know about:
Concept | What is it? |
Task Type | This is a particular type of manual task, ex. LinkedIn Message or Phone Call |
Task Templates | These are templates that are supposed to be used when you are performing the manual task. |
Task Conditions | These are conditions that can be used in If/Else blocks to trigger the right next step. |
Task Types
These need to be created from Tasks page & can be any type of manual task you wish to perform.

Required Variable - Task will only be scheduled if lead has this data
Create Templates for this Task Type - If this task should have a template & fields for the template.Click Add Task Type.
Once your task type is created, you will be prompted to create a condition for the task.
Task Conditions
These are conditions that can automatically or manually complete based on the settings and when it is completed, it can trigger an If/Else block in a sequence.
You can create a new condition by clicking [+] icon next to the task type or else SalesBlink with automatically ask you to create one after you just created a new task type.
You will need to enter the following details:
Condition Name - This is the name of condition corresponding to the task.
Condition Description - This is a short description that serves as a reminder, it is for internal use only.
Mark condition complete once task is done - If you choose this, condition will trigger automatically once task is completed.
Yes, each task type can have multiple conditions.
For example,
Task Type: LinkedIn Message
Task Condition 1: Received a Negative Reply
Task Condition 2: Received a Reply & Meeting Scheduled
Once your conditions are set, in case you selected to allow templates for your task type, you will be able to create task templates.
