It's super easy to create & manage email signatures πŸ–ŠοΈwith SalesBlink.

πŸ”΄ Email Signatures are attached to an Email Sender and can be appended anywhere in the email πŸ“§ templates with the variable {{email_signature_of_sender}}.

Let's see how you can set the Email Signature for a sender,

While adding a new Email Sender

You will see the option to set an email signature.

Click the dropdown and either select from existing signatures or create New.

Give your email signature a name (for internal purposes) & enter your signature. πŸ–ŠοΈ

Hit "Create" and select the email signature πŸ–ŠοΈfrom the dropdown.

You're all set! 😎

Updating Email Signature for Senders

Head over to outreach settings & Add a new email signature. πŸ–ŠοΈ

Add a name (for internal purposes) & enter your signature. πŸ–ŠοΈ

Hit Create to save the signature. πŸ–ŠοΈ

Now let's set this email signature to an Email Sender. πŸ“§

Then navigate to email senders and edit the particular email sender you wish to set the signature on.

Hit next in the settings till you reach "Other Settings" & select the created signature there.
