Let's get some definitions out of the way first. 🎯 What is Email Deliverability? Email deliverability refers to the email 📧 sender's ability to successfully land their emails in the inbox of a lead. 🙎 This is crucial because, unlike emails sent to an existing contact list, cold emails 📧 are more prone to being marked as spam ⚠️ or ignored. One Time Tasks to Improve Email Deliverability ⚙️ Ensure Technical Setup Authenticating your emails using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is crucial. These protocols verify your identity as a sender and are vital for cold emailing, where trust is initially low. Ensuring your technical setup is correct will help your emails bypass spam filters. Technical Setup Guide 🔥 WarmUp your email senders Use the Email WarmUp feature to boost your email deliverability. Gradually increase email sending volume to ensure emails land in Inbox. WarmUp Email Address Regular Email Deliverability Checklist ✅ Verify Email Addresses Make sure to verify email addresses of leads to ensure low email bounce rate. A higher email bounce rate typically signals spammer behaviour. Verify Email Addresses 📄 Send text-only emails HTML or rich text emails might be considered as promotional or spam by some Email Service Providers, try to send text-only emails especially in your first email. You can find this option while scheduling a sequence. 🤖 Use AI Spintax Create variations of your email copies in a single click with AI Spintax Builder. Makes it much easier to refresh email copies more often. Create Spintax 📭 Avoid tracking Open Rates Everyone loves stats on how well their sequence is performing, but tracking open rates often signals to email service providers that email is being sent to a bulk/mass audience. Putting your emails in Spam or Promotions. ⏳ Limit Sending with Random Delays Instead of sending cold emails 📧 all at once, adding random delays to emails can improve deliverability as ESPs consider bulk emails being sent at the same time as SPAM. Start with sending small number of emails before ramping up. You can set this up while scheduling sequence. Learn to add Random Delays 🌆 Avoid using images and links Especially in your first email, do not send any images or links. If you still need to send them then make sure to use Custom Domains. ↩️ Refresh Email Copies Refresh something in your email copies weekly or fortnightly. This ensures that email service providers don't think you're spamming others with the same email copies. 📈 Keep Multiple Sequences Active Keeping only one sequence active for an email sender will often lead to sending similar email copies from that email sender, indicating to email service providers that you might be spamming. So, try to keep multiple sequences active to ensure By focusing on the above, you can improve the deliverability of your cold emails, making it more likely that the messages will be seen, read, and acted upon by leads. 🙎 Hope you found this help doc useful! 😊

Learn how SalesBlink's Email WarmUp works and how to enable or disable it. Hi there! 👋 Email WarmUp🔥 is the best way to improve your domain reputation & email deliverability 📧. 🔴 You must have email senders added to SalesBlink before you can WarmUp your email addresses/inboxes. It is highly recommended to enable Email WarmUp as it helps your emails land in inbox, otherwise what's the point of even sending cold emails? Before we learn more about Email WarmUp, let's understand the concept. Why do emails go to Spam? There are a couple of reasons why cold emails go to spam. 👇 - Emails you send are not getting opened (<10% open rate). - Emails you send are not getting replies (<2% reply rate). - Emails have been going to spam for a while. - Email Subject Line/Body has Spam Keywords. - The domain has technical setup issues. - The link that you use in the email body has been marked as unsafe by ESPs. Email WarmUp helps you by fixing the above issues. How Email WarmUp Works? When an email sender is connected to SalesBlink, users can opt in to enable Email WarmUp.🔥 SalesBlink has over 50,000+ email addresses connected and opted in for Email WarmUp, and here's what opting in does: - Email addresses send emails 📧 to each other. - Recipients open emails from each other. - Recipients click on links in the email body. - Email addresses reply to each other's emails. - Email addresses move emails of each other from Spam to the Inbox. All of the above happen automatically till the email sender is connected with SalesBlink. These WarmUp activities help improve the reputation of everyone's email address in the pool. Hence, helping emails land in the inbox. 📧 For how many days should I WarmUp my Email Address? You should WarmUp your email address for at least 21 to 30 days before you start sending cold emails. On your WarmUp reports page for the particular email address, you can check if your email address is ready to send emails yet. Your warmup might take more than 21 in case your emails are going to spam in the process of email warmup or if your domain is new. Random Delays & Sending Hours

Custom Domains for Email Tracking

Learn how to add custom domains in SalesBlink to track emails Hi there!👋 Not sure what a Custom Domain is and why do we need it? 🤔 We've got you covered with everything. Custom domain is simply your website address (ex. yourcompany.com). And then there are sub-domains (ex. subdomain.yourcompany.com). Why should I use a custom domain or subdomain? 🌟 If you have enabled tracking of link clicks & opens, by default SalesBlink will use a custom domain of its own (ex. sblink.com or clickkk.xyz). Since millions of emails are being sent everyday using SalesBlink, there are high chances that our default tracking link is marked as SPAM by email clients like Gmail and it might show a warning like this to leads who try to click on links or move the email to SPAM folder. How are Clicks and Opens tracked? 📈 Tracking Opens: A 1x1px white image is inserted in emails, when the image is loaded, our default tracking domain is triggered and we track the open. Tracking Clicks: Any link that you insert in your emails is changed to a link with default tracking domain, when user clicks on the link in your email, we track the click and redirect 🔄 to your original link. How does Custom Domain improve deliverability? 🌟 Since SalesBlink uses a default tracking domain (ex. clickkkkk.xyz) for all the users, it is prone to be marked as a spam link by spam filters ⚠️. Adding a custom domain gives you control of the tracking links that you send in your emails 📧, improving the overall email deliverability. How do Custom Domains work in SalesBlink? You can add multiple custom domains and sub-domains to SalesBlink then connect them to email senders. 📧 You can connect a single domain to multiple email senders or add separate domains for each email sender. 📧 Add a Custom Domain to Email Sender 🌟 1. Add a Custom Domain in SalesBlink 1. Navigate to Outreach Settings. 2. Click on "Add" in the Custom Domains Card. 3. Select your domain type as "Email Tracking Custom Domain" & enter your custom domain or sub-domain & hit "Create". 🔴 If you have a live website on your domain, then you should connect custom subdomain (with CNAME) instead of custom domain (with A record) otherwise your website will stop working. 4. You will see the need to set the following DNS records to verify domains. For Verifying Domains Type Name Value A Record @ or yourdomain.com 157.230.200.74 For Verifying Sub-Domains Type Name Value CNAME subdomain.yourdomain.com cname.salesblink.io 1. Add the DNS records & hit "Verify Records". 2. Once verified, you are ready to connect the custom domain or sub-domain to an Email Sender. Note: It can take up to 24 hours ⌛for DNS records to be updated before "Verify Records will work" 2. Connect Custom Domain to Email Sender 1. Head over to Email Senders. 2. Edit the Email Sender on which you wish to connect the custom domain. 3. Keep hitting next till you are on the last page where you will be able to add a custom domain to the email sender. That's it! Now all your emails sent from the email sender will contain tracking links of your custom domain instead of the default domain. 😎 How to update DNS Records? The process is slightly different depending on your DNS service, here are guides for some popular ones. 👇 - Cloudflare - GoDaddy - NameCheap - Hostinger - Bluehost Hope you found this help doc useful! 😀 FAQ Why is my custom domain/subdomain not connected after 24 hours? - Make sure that there are no other A records or CNAME records for the same "Name" in your DNS records. - If you are using Cloudflare, do not select "Proxied", instead go with "DNS Only" - You can use this free DNSCHECKER to check if CNAME or A Record is set globally or not.
