Bulk Upload Email Senders

Navigate to Email Senders and hit "Add Sender".

Select Bulk Upload SMTP/IMAP Email Senders.
- Download the sample CSV file & fill all the details of your email senders.
Here's a breakdown of what the columns in CSV mean.
Column Name - from_name
Description - Display the name of your email sender.
Example - John Doe
Column Name - from_email
Description - The email address of the sender you are adding.
Example - [email protected]
Column Name - user_name
Description - Username of email sender, usually the same as email address or from_email.
Example - [email protected]
Column Name - password
Description - Password or App Password of the email sender.
Example - dsjknavaj42ds$
Column Name - smtp_host
Description - SMTP host of the email sender.
Example - smtp.server.com
Column Name - smtp_port
Description - SMTP port of the email sender.
Example - 465
Column Name - imap_host
Description - IMAP host of the email sender.
Example - imap.server.com
Column Name - imap_port
Description - IMAP port of the email sender.
Example - 992
Column Name - different_reply_to_address
Description - Should this email sender use a different IMAP username & password?
Example - TRUE or FALSE
Column Name - imap_user_name
Description - Username or email address of the IMAP server. (If "different_reply_to_address" is TRUE.)
Example - [email protected]

Description - Username or email address of the IMAP server. (If "different_reply_to_address" is TRUE.)

Column Name - max_emails_per_day
Description - Max number of emails(including follow-ups) that should be sent per day with this email sender.
Example - 10
Column Name - signature_id
Description - ID of your email signature.(Check the FAQ section)

Column Name - custom_tracking_url
Description - Your custom tracking url for masking URLs, opens, and click tracking. Must be verified already.
Example - track.mycompany.com
Column Name - warmup_enabled
Description - WarmUp should be enabled for this email sender or not.
Example - TRUE or FALSE
Column Name - total_warmup_per_day
Description - Number of warmup emails to send per day, max 250.
Example - 10
Column Name - inbox_enable
Description - Replies to this email sender should be visible in the Inbox or not.
Example - TRUE or FALSE
- Upload the CSV file & hit Save.
Depending on the number of email senders you added, they should be ready for sending in a few minutes. 👍
FAQs
By mistake, I uploaded email senders with wrong credentials, now what?
- Just re-upload the CSV file with correct credentials & SalesBlink will update the credentials for email senders.
I uploaded the file but only one or a few email senders got connected.
- Make sure no cell in your CSV file contains a comma "," as it breaks the CSV file.
What if I want to bulk update Email WarmUp or other settings?
- Just re-upload the CSV with updated information & SalesBlink will update the settings of email senders.
How can I find the ID of the email signature?

Head over to the Outreach Settings page & click on the clipboard icon to copy the ID of the signature.
