Connecting Zoho Mail with SalesBlink

1. Gathering Zoho Mail SMTP/IMAP details & app password

  1. Login to your Zoho Mail account.

  2. Click on "Settings" & navigate to "Mail Accounts".

3. Enable "IMAP Access", then copy & save your IMAP server configuration in a safe place. (Your server configuration details might be different.)

4. Close off the settings panel and head over to "My Profile" and then click on "My Account".

5. Navigate to Security and then click on "App Passwords". πŸ—οΈ

6. Click "Generate New Password" to create an App Password. πŸ—οΈ

7. Enter app name as "SalesBlink" & hit Generate.

8. Copy your "Application Specific Password" & save it in the same safe place. πŸ”’

Now that we have all the required details from Zoho Mail, we will use them to connect Zoho Mail to SalesBlink.

2. Connecting Zoho Mail with SalesBlink

  1. Navigate to Email Senders & click on "Add Sender".

  2. Select "Zoho Mail".

3. Enter the details as follows:

Your Name: This is your name as displayed to the receiver.
Sender Username: Your Zoho Mail email address.

Sender Email Address: Your Zoho Mail email address.
Sender Password: App Password created in last step.

SMTP Host: Out-Host from IMAP Server Configuration
SMTP Port: Out-Port from IMAP Server Configuration
IMAP Host: In-Host from IMAP Server Configuration
IMAP Port: In-Port from IMAP Server Configuration

4. Hit "Next" and your email address will be connected. βœ…

5. (optional) Set your email signature. ✏️

6. (optional) Enable Email Warmup πŸ”₯for better deliverability.

7. (optional) Enable email sender in Unified Inbox. πŸ“§

8. (optional) Set your custom domain for better email deliverability.

3. Launch your Cold Email Sequence

You can now use your Zoho Mail email address to launch cold email sequences.
