The calendar gives people the option to book meetings based on your working hours.

Here is how you can change it:

Go to the calendar settings

Scroll down to the section titled "Working hours"

Change the working hours according to your convenience and availability

Change "Working Hours"

Click "Save"

Change buffer time

Buffer time is the time between two consecutive meetings

Here is how you can change it:

Go to the calendar settings

Enter the buffer time (in minutes)

Change the buffer time

Click "Save"

Change the timing of immediate meetings

Let me give you an example:

Suppose if you choose this parameter as 6 hours. Then, at 3pm, if somebody is trying to fix a meeting, they will not get any option to schedule the meeting before 9 pm on the same day.

Here is how you can change it:

Go to the calendar settings

Enter "prevent meetings less than hours way"

Change the time of immediate meetings

Click "Save"

Change the advance meeting days

If you set this parameter as '10 days', people won't be able to schedule meetings with you for more than 10 days in advance.

Here is how you can change it:

Go to the calendar settings

Enter "Advanced meetings can be booked on your calendar for days"

Change the time of advanced meetings

Click "Save"
