How to add delay between emails and set daily limits?
Do you want to avoid sending several emails in one go? That's how it should be because if you send too many emails in a short period, your email deliverability will suffer, and you wouldn't want that to happen, would you?

Here's how you can set it up
1. Click on Email in the left navigation, and go to Email Settings.
2. Scroll down to "Email Sending Configuration".
3. Check the "Add random delay between emails" checkbox.
This enables a random delay between the emails that you schedule after that. The emails you previously scheduled don't get affected, so you don't have to worry about it.
You are free to set the window of randomness in delay by entering values in FROM and TO fields,
We recommend FROM 5 Minutes TO 15 Minutes of random delay between emails to ensure high deliverability.
4. Update Email Sending Day and Time Window.
All you need to do is check the checkboxes in front of the day names to choose when you want to send emails.
Also, Select FROM and TILL timings for the day. This lets you set a time window for each day. Take a look at it below,
Once you set this, depending on the time window you allow, you can view the approximate number of emails that you can schedule each day. Isn't that quite handy?
You can see a range, and the actual number of emails sent would be somewhere in between. Also, it would be somewhat different each day since it's supposed to be random.
5. Update Time Zone (Optional)
You can choose the time zone where you would like to send emails from the Account Settings page.
