How to Preview and Approve Emails before sending?

Want to take a glance at the emails you just scheduled to ensure that nothing gets overlooked? With SalesBlink, that is possible. You can preview the emails and approve them when you find that everything is in place, especially the macros. Using this feature, you can edit emails to hyper-personalize them for better engagement.

Here's how you can go about it,

1. Go to the SalesBlink dashboard and click on 'Campaigns' on the sidebar.

2. Create a campaign by following the steps mentioned here - click

3. Once you click on save, you can schedule your campaign. 

4. To preview and approve emails, tick the check box that says 'Check emails before scheduling.' 

5. Set the date, time, and timezone of the campaign.

6. Click on 'Schedule campaign,' and the campaign will get scheduled.

7. You can see your scheduled campaign's status as 'Running' on the campaigns page. Click on the orange editing icon and select 'Approve emails' from the drop-down menu. 

8. You will get redirected to a page where you can preview and edit campaign's emails. 

9. Once done with editing, click on the green tick button to save the changes and approve. If you want to reject the changes you made, click on the red cross button.

10. You can approve the emails at once by clicking on the 'Approve All' button present at the top right of the page. 

Once that is done, you will get redirected to the campaigns page to see your approved campaign that is all set to go! We hope you now know how you can preview and approve emails before sending them.
