How to check campaign Activity and Stats?

SalesBlink lets you easily monitor all your outgoing campaigns in two different views.

Before we begin, We need to understand what's a flowchart and what are flowchart versions.

An Outreach Campaign flowchart is the chart built with email, call, conditions etc that helps you automate your outreach.

When a campaign flowchart is updated/edited, an updated version is available for the flowchart, along with its historical versions.

Historical Versions are useful to check what was the stats of the campaign before the new update.

Now here are two different views to check stats:

Flowchart View

On the Campaigns page,

1. Click on the graph icon corresponding to the campaign name.

2. Click on Flowchart to view your campaign stats in the flowchart view.

While in Flowchart view, if you have older versions of campaign flowchart, you can switch between them using the dropdown on top right.

Activity View

On the Campaigns page,

1. Click on the graph icon corresponding to the campaign name.

2. Click on Activity to view your campaign stats in the activity view.

While in Activity view, all your outreach tasks from different campaign flowchart versions are displayed on the same page.

Note: Activity History can be only downloaded from the Activity View by clicking on the Download Button.
